These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tattzee website, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, browsing, purchasing, booking, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Services are operated by Tattzee Intelligence ("Tattzee," "we," "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to enter a binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Marketplace, artists & bookings
Listings, artist profiles, availability, and pricing may be provided by third-party artists or partners. Tattzee may display this information for convenience; the contractual relationship for tattoo services, custom work, or in-person sessions is primarily between you and the relevant artist or vendor unless we state otherwise. You agree to honor confirmed bookings and applicable cancellation policies shown at the time of purchase or confirmation.
4. AI & generated content
Tools that generate or transform images, text, or 3D-style outputs ("Generated Content") are provided for inspiration and personal use as permitted on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and use comply with law and do not infringe others’ rights. We do not guarantee uniqueness, printability for skin, or medical or safety outcomes. Do not rely on Generated Content as professional tattoo, medical, or legal advice.
5. Acceptable use
You will not:
- violate law or others’ intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- harass, defraud, or submit harmful, hateful, or illegal material;
- probe, scrape, or overload our systems except as allowed by robots.txt or written permission;
- circumvent security, access controls, or payment flows;
- resell or redistribute Services or Generated Content contrary to these Terms or product-specific rules.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, branding, and our underlying software are owned by Tattzee or our licensors. Subject to these Terms and any product-specific license, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services. Rights in Generated Content may be addressed in our Privacy Policy or in-product notices; where not stated, you grant us a license to host, process, and display content as needed to operate the Services.
7. Purchases & payments
Prices, taxes, shipping, and fees are shown at checkout where applicable. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected method. Refunds and chargebacks are handled according to the policy displayed at purchase and applicable law.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tattzee and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Services is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), except where limitation is prohibited by law.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Tattzee and its affiliates against claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes & termination
We may modify these Terms or discontinue features. We will post updates with a revised "Last updated" date when material. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or risk to the platform.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in our corporate filings or onboarding materials, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
